At the end of every project, after ensuring the client’s satisfaction, both the homeowner and a J.S. Brown representative sign a Notice of Completion, which puts our unique five-year warranty into effect.
A five year warranty isn’t typical in the industry. But, then again, neither is J.S. Brown & Co.
