We follow a comprehensive planning process to make sure you are comfortable with the project before a hammer ever meets a nail. You can expect us to examine your personal lifestyle as well as your project goals; show you examples of our previous work; present you with a detailed project proposal, describing the specifications and scope of the work to be done; and take care of obtaining all necessary permits for the project.
Using the latest modeling software, we’ll show you 3-D images of the finished environment so you can feel confident the final project will be what you want. Our design staff will work with you to create a production and payment schedule to meet your needs.
Once construction begins, the project manager maintains the same attention to detail and commitment to service that goes into the planning process. A project schedule and detailed weekly schedules are posted at the job site at all times. Frequent meetings are held to address production issues, review the schedule, and keep the project on track. If changes are required, we make sure you understand how they will affect the timeline and budget, and we get your approval in writing before making the changes to the project.
