J.S. Brown & Co. is currently seeking a Sales/ Design Consultant who will be responsible for:

• Achieving revenue and margin goals

• Identifying and calling on potential new customers

• Efficiently and accurately estimating the costs of a potential project

• Manage the design and estimating process to create value propositions that meet the customer’s needs

• Developing ongoing customer relationships

• Serving as primary liaison between client and the company throughout sales and construction process, and field personnel, as necessary including conflict resolution.

• Work with project managers and production staff to assure customer satisfaction and profitability

• Maintaining customer data, sales activity and forecasts in a CRM system

• Representing J.S. Brown & Co. at local/national shows and meetings
