A poorly-designed ranch home was completely transformed by a full renovation of the first level into an In-Law suite with a walk-out basement; one-and-a-half stories were added to the existing level; the loft overlooks the kitchen and features a mini bar, seating area, bedroom, one bathroom, and two closets; and the original front and back of home were reversed to accommodate the renewed function.
